Deeply entrenched in banking, financial services, IT (the Bangalore ‘edge”), media (was a regular guest columnist for ET, Asian Age and Deccan Chronicle at one time) and high value business and government connects across South Asia, ME and S E Asia.

Co-founder & Resourcing Lead. Loreto College (Kolkata) alumnus with 44 years of diverse professional experience across market leaders, namely, ITC Ltd, American Express, Titan Ltd along with a couple of startups in IT and corporate training. She provides a stable infrastructure to the firm and also brings her corporate network to bear in several projects.
Mayank Kanungo (Mike)
Mike, Associate Partner & Director of Operations, is an IAF veteran and a strategic due diligence and intelligence specialist, with over two decades of experience operating at the intersection of national security, corporate risk and high-stakes investment decision-making.
A former jet pilot turned Counter-Intelligence officer, Mike dedicated more than ten years within the Air Force Intelligence apparatus, with operational tenures across India’s critical Western border as well as the North Eastern border with China.
A topper of the Advance Security and Intelligence course and winner of the Best Intelligence Operator trophy at the Air Force Intelligence School, Pune, Mike has also had the privilege of short deputation attachments with ftwo o India’s premier intelligence agencies, where he undertook on sensitive counter-intelligence mandates.
An alumnus of the Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun, and the National Defence Academy, Pune, Mike holds a MBA in Finance from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and is currently enrolled at the CFO Program (India) with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
